Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and dfbocqi ("Platform", "we"). This Agreement governs your entire relationship with the dfbocqi platform, including use of the website, mobile application, games, payment services and any content provided.

Continued use of dfbocqi services following any amendment to these terms means you accept those changes. dfbocqi reserves the right to update this Agreement from time to time, and users will be notified via their registered email or a notice within the platform.

To register and use the dfbocqi platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Be an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be a citizen or permanent resident of any jurisdiction that expressly prohibits online gambling.
• Not be participating in any self-exclusion programme or listed on a prohibition register by any relevant regulatory body.
• Be using the platform of your own free will and not under pressure or coercion from any party.

dfbocqi reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Users who fail to provide proof of eligibility within the specified period may face account suspension or closure.

3.1 One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at dfbocqi at any time. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in all related accounts being terminated and the balances within them forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

Users must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including:

• Full name as stated on your MyKad or passport.
• An active and reachable mobile phone number.
• A valid and regularly used email address.
• A valid bank account or e-wallet number registered in the user's own name.

False or inaccurate information may result in account suspension and delays in processing withdrawals.

3.3 Password Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your account password. Ensure your password is strong, not shared with any party, and changed regularly. dfbocqi will not be held responsible for any losses arising from the user's own disclosure of their password.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

dfbocqi supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow
• Online banking via FPX (including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and other listed banks)
• Boost
• ShopeePay
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC and ETH

4.2 Minimum Limits

The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM20. The minimum withdrawal is RM100. Withdrawal requests that do not meet the minimum limit will not be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawals will be processed within 10 to 45 minutes from the time of the request. This is subject to dfbocqi's internal verification process. In certain cases that require further review, this period may be longer and the user will be contacted.

4.4 Payment Verification

All withdrawals will be processed to the same account used for the original deposit. dfbocqi reserves the right to decline or delay withdrawals that require additional verification in order to ensure transaction security.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

dfbocqi offers a welcome bonus of 120% of the first deposit up to a maximum of RM300. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount received before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Balance RM220 → Wagering requirement: RM120 × 15 = RM1,800
• Deposit RM600 → Bonus RM300 → Balance RM900 → Wagering requirement: RM300 × 15 = RM4,500

5.2 dfbocqi VIP Programme

dfbocqi offers three VIP tiers with weekly cashback as follows:

• 🥉 Bronze — Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%
• 🥈 Silver — Weekly cashback of up to 0.7%
• 🥇 Gold — Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on your overall gaming activity on the dfbocqi platform. All cashback will be credited directly to your account.

5.3 General Promotion Conditions

Each promotion offered by dfbocqi has its own specific conditions. These include a validity period, minimum wagering requirements and eligible games. dfbocqi reserves the right to modify, cancel or end any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

The dfbocqi platform offers various game categories including online slots, live casino, sports betting, esports betting and crash games. Each game is subject to specific rules displayed within the game interface itself.

• Game results produced by the random number generator (RNG) are final and cannot be disputed.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game session, dfbocqi reserves the right to void the related bet and refund the original bet amount.
• Users are responsible for ensuring their internet connection is stable while playing. dfbocqi is not responsible for any losses resulting from connection disruptions on the user's end.
• Any attempt to exploit technical bugs to gain an advantage in gameplay is prohibited and may result in account closure.

The following are strictly prohibited on the dfbocqi platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised third-party tools to interact with the platform.
• Collusion between players to exploit the bonus or promotion system ("bonus abuse").
• Any form of money laundering or suspicious financial activity through the platform.
• Threatening, insulting, or harassing any dfbocqi staff or other users.
• Transferring account balances to other users without dfbocqi's approval.
• Registering using another person's identity or falsified information.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and appropriate legal action.

8.1 dfbocqi's Rights

dfbocqi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is:

• A violation of these terms and conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• A request from a relevant regulatory body or authority.
• Significant inaccuracies in personal information.

8.2 Closure at User's Request

Users may request closure of their own account at any time by contacting the dfbocqi support team. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

dfbocqi supports responsible gambling practices. Users who wish to exclude themselves from the platform for a set period or permanently may contact our 24/7 customer support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and are binding.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, dfbocqi shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform.
• Service disruptions resulting from scheduled system maintenance.
• Losses caused by the actions of third parties, including payment service providers.
• Any losses arising from unauthorised use of an account by another party, where the user has failed to follow recommended security measures.

In all circumstances, dfbocqi's maximum liability to a user is limited to the amount of the active deposit held in the user's account at the time of the incident.

10.1 Right to Amend

dfbocqi reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users at least seven (7) calendar days before they take effect, except in urgent circumstances requiring immediate action.

10.2 Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are interpreted and governed by the laws of the international licensing jurisdiction under which dfbocqi operates. Any disputes that arise will be resolved through appropriate arbitration or court channels.

10.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed while the remainder will continue in full force and effect.
